How it works

From enquiry to the review after the trip, in one flow.

Each step picks up the record the last one left, so nothing is typed twice and nobody works from an old copy.

The five steps

  1. Quote

Prepare a quotation with the trip’s dates, its line items and the vehicle types it needs. Mark it sent, then accepted or declined; its progress shows what can still change at each stage.

    Quotes and bookings
  2. Book

An accepted quote becomes a booking without typing it again. Confirm it, or hold its vehicles as tentative with a deadline the booking shows.

    Quotes and bookings
  3. Assign

Assign vehicles and drivers. Anything that overlaps another booking, maintenance or leave is refused, and Wheelerate says what it clashes with.

    Drivers
  4. Operate

Each day opens on what needs attention. Alerts raise bookings missing vehicles or a driver, holds about to expire and maintenance coming up, and the schedule shows the week or the day.

    Alerts
  5. Review

Record vehicle costs as they happen and set them beside each vehicle’s revenue, per currency, with this month compared with the same days last month.
