In detail
Finance, in detail
-
Revenue from confirmed bookings
A confirmed booking with an agreed value counts as revenue in the period it starts. Tentative and cancelled bookings never do.
-
Revenue per vehicle
Each booking’s value is shared between the vehicles that served it, so every vehicle has its own revenue.
-
Vehicle costs by category
Fuel, scheduled service, maintenance, repairs, tyres, insurance, licensing and permits, cleaning and more.
-
Corrected, never deleted
A cost is voided or corrected with a reason, and the original stays in the history.
-
Currencies kept apart
Kenyan shillings, US dollars, euros and pounds sterling, each totalled on its own and never added together.
-
Figures stated plainly
Revenue minus recorded vehicle costs, never called profit, and this month compared with the same days last month. Only the roles allowed to see money see it.
