Tentative holds
Hold vehicles for a booking that is not confirmed yet, with a deadline. The booking shows when the hold expires, and the hold is never released behind your back.

Every booking says which vehicles or driver it still needs, with one step to assign them.

No double booking
An assignment that overlaps another commitment is refused, and Wheelerate names the booking it clashes with.
